Faith is defined as complete trust or confidence in someone or something. May these quotes inspire you to have faith on your journey of greatness. “Keep faith. The most amazing things in life tend to happen right now you’re about to give up hope. Faith. It’s all about believing. You don’t know how it will happen. But you know it will.. Your faith can move mountains and your doubt can create them. Your hardest times often lead to the greatest moments of your life. Keep the faith.
This message is for those who are battling with life’s challenges and for all believers in Christ who are called to live by faith. There’s no doubt in my mind that we serve a God of wonders! Undoubtedly, when God wants to reveal His glory, He tells a story-- He tells stories with our lives in order to demonstrate His glory. While living a true and submitted life to him, you will learn how to trust God despite all odds.
You will lean how not to give up in the face of the seemingly impossible. You will learn how to not throw in the towel when everything in your situation and circumstance tell you to do just that. You will learn that pain is an indication of purpose and that, if you truly love God, all things work together for your good.
Life can be tough at times and it during these periods of hardship that we may wonder to ourselves, “Why is this happening to me?”, “Why am I suffering with this obstacle?”, “How can I get out of this negative situation?”
The struggles in our life aren’t always pretty, but many times they can help us to develop our strength of character, mind, and lifestyle. Without struggles, we will never grow and get stronger, so it’s important for us look at the undesirable situations that come our way and learn how to tackle challenges on our own, and not rely on help from others all the time.
Regardless of what others say about you, Jesus loves you deeply and He hurts when you hurt. Your journey may be more difficult than you thought and lonelier than it should be but you are not alone.
Your past doesn’t have to define your future… God gives second chances. Even when people turn their back on you,
God will never leave you. Your life does have a purpose and you are significant. The problem is that we all have sinned and that separates us from God.Sin is any choice we make that goes against God's plan. “For all have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God.”
The Bible says that “The wages of sin is death”. This separates us from God forever.
Jesus rose from the dead and now He lives in heaven with God His Father. He offers us the gift of eternal life — of living forever with Him in heaven if we accept Him as our Lord and Savior.
God reaches out in love to you and wants you to be His child.
“As many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe on His name.” You can choose to ask Jesus Christ to forgive your sins and come into your life as your Lord and Savior.
If you want to accept Christ and turn from your sins, you can ask Him to be your Savior and Lord by praying this prayer.
“Lord Jesus, I believe you are the Son of God. Thank you for dying on the cross for my sins. Please forgive my sins and give me the gift of eternal life. I ask you into my life and heart to be my Lord and Savior. I want to serve you always.” WHENLIFEHURTS.COM
Your Journey of Faith. We’re all on a journey, whether we like it, love it, or hate it. Birth, life, and finally death are realities that no one on this earth escapes. It is written into the very stuff of our existence.
As a child of God, you have a powerful story to tell. Sharing how you came to Jesus and the difference he’s made in your life can help others discover how they, too, can know God personally.
But how do you distill a lifetime of experiences into a few minutes and communicate the significance of your faith in a way others can understand?
We know that life can be full of questions, pain, and confusion. Even in those moments, God cares about you.
I am a firm believer of good things happening to good people. What you reap is what you sow; if you sow good things, it will grow more good things; so bad, more bad things. However, what happens when bad things happen to good people?
But the good news is that God made a way. God sent His Son Jesus Christ to die for our sins. He lived a sinless life and then died on the cross to pay the penalty for our sins. “God demonstrates His own love for us in that while we were still sinners Christ died for us.”
Life is hard because evil is real. It hurts to live in this world.
If we’re not hurt by our own stupidity and sinful deeds, the evil committed
against us by others can be deeply painful and damaging. And our hearts
become particularly vulnerable when we’re victims of the evil actions of others.
Beyond what happens to us, there is also a secondary kind of suffering we experience when those we love are either hurt by others or when they hurt themselves.
In all of this painful mess, the question will sooner or later be asked about how God relates to our pain.
John 3:16 16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 2 Corinthians 5:7 7 For we live by faith, not by sight.
Personal faith statements reflect an individual’s thoughts about his relationship with God, church and Jesus Christ.
God is Love, and His love is very different from human love. God's love is unconditional, and it's not based on feelings or emotions. He doesn't love us because we're lovable or because we make Him feel good; He loves us because He is love.
God's Love is a gift that gives itself to the poor and the rich, to the needy and the full, to the ugly and the beautiful, to the maimed and the whole. In other words, it gives itself to everyone, not just those who seek and embrace it. The whole Bible is summed up in this one word, Agape-God's Love.
The love of God is the sure foundation of our faith in Him. His love gives us the absolute assurance that we are never alone or
without help. God's love for us is unfailing, it never stops, it is eternal. God's love is the reason we are alive.
It will all be worth it in the end. Faith. It does not make things easy, it makes them possible. Sometimes the best thing you can do is not think, not wonder, not imagine, not obsess. Just breath, and have faith that everything will work out for the best.”
When bad things happen to us that we cannot directly control and that prayer
will not immediately change, we might find ourselves wrestling through a few
dark nights of the soul concerning how God relates to the hardships of life.
